At the last minute, Janis and I decided to go ahead and go down to Corpus. I was amazed at how much my kids enjoyed the beach. They played in the water, Collin "surfed" on the boogie board, they jumped the waves and built many "chocolate chip mud" cookies, pies, etc. The down time in the condo was a little crazy. 4 -- 4 year olds and 2 adults and a very small space was a handful. Collin kept the girls and ME on our toes the whole time. Thank goodness for lots of time on the beach, the kids had so much fun and it was a COMPLETE BLAST!!! Thank you to Janis for having us down to their condo--it is decorated BEAUTIFULLY and she made us all feel right at home. The kids can't stop talking about it and were sad to leave.

I saw a comment that you left on another blog. You shared your story about having TOF. My daughter also has TOF and had Open heart surgery at 5 weeks old. She is 5 1/2 months now and doing great! It is always nice to hear about healthy adults with TOF, especially with kids! (which by the way...your twins are adorable!) Thank you for sharing your story.
